Description
The Polar High-Speed NPN Transistor is engineered for high-frequency switching and amplification applications. With a collector-emitter voltage rating (Vceo) of 50V and a collector current rating (Ic) of 1A, this transistor is designed for reliable performance in demanding environments. Its low saturation voltage (VCE(sat) of 0.3V at 0.5mA) and high transition frequency (fT) of 250MHz ensure efficient operation in high-speed circuits. The device operates over a broad temperature range from -55℃ to +150℃, making it suitable for extreme conditions.

FEATURES

● Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors(see equivalent circuit)

● The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input.They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects

● Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making device design easy
