On September 21, 2024, SLKOR and Kinghelm had the honor of inviting well-known sales expert Mr. Ni Dawi to conduct an on-site, one-day practical training session for the sales teams of SLKOR and Kinghelm, as well as colleagues passionate about the field of sales. This training emphasized both knowledge and practical application.

Mr. Ni Dawi

Unlike traditional training models, Mr. Ni Dawi focused on the theme of "MOT at Critical Moments." Through sharing practical experiences and analyzing classic case videos and topics, he provided clear and insightful explanations that helped participants from SLKOR and Kinghelm broaden their sales perspectives and master more practical sales techniques and methods.

At the same time, Mr. Ni placed special emphasis on interaction and practice. During the training, he encouraged everyone to discuss problems with one another. The participants were divided into four teams, led by Sales Directors Zhang Junjun, Sun Gaofei, Zhou Zhaquan, and Deng Haifeng. Each group engaged in lively discussions covering various dimensions such as sales skills, customer service, communication skills, and emotional management, creating a very active training atmosphere.
